Shipping Policy
This website is operated by Karina Sharpe, a trading entity of Very Splendid Pty Ltd. In this policy, “I”, “me” and “my” refer to Karina Sharpe / Very Splendid Pty Ltd.
This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through this website.
Shipping availability
Shipping is available to selected countries shown at checkout.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, delivery address, fulfilment method, and shipping provider. If your country or region is not available at checkout, I may not currently be able to ship that product to your location.
Print-on-demand prints and canvases
Many prints and canvases are produced on demand after your order is placed. This means your item is printed, packed, and shipped after purchase, often through a specialist print fulfilment partner.
Production and shipping locations may vary depending on the product, delivery address, product availability, and fulfilment partner network.
Because print-on-demand products are produced after purchase, orders may enter production shortly after they are placed. Once an order has been sent to production, I may not be able to cancel it, change the artwork, change the product, change the size or format, or update the shipping address.
Original artworks
Original one-of-a-kind artworks are currently available for Australian customers only, unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping for original artworks is included in the product price unless otherwise stated. Shipping is arranged case by case to suit the artwork, location, and packaging requirements.
Original artworks are usually dispatched within 5–7 business days after your order is confirmed, unless otherwise stated or agreed.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, where applicable, are shown on each product page and/or at checkout before you place your order.
Some products may include shipping in the product price, while others may show shipping separately at checkout. This may vary depending on the product type, delivery location, and fulfilment method.
Delivery estimates
Delivery estimates are shown on each product page and/or at checkout where available.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Production time, shipping time, customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, weather events, and other factors outside my control may affect delivery timing.
Print-on-demand items require production time before they are shipped.
Order tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided after your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take time to appear after a shipping label is created or after the parcel is collected by the carrier.
Incorrect shipping details
Please check your shipping details carefully before placing your order.
I may not be able to replace or refund orders that are delayed, lost, returned, destroyed, or refused because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.
If you notice an error in your shipping details after placing an order, please contact me immediately at karina@karinasharpe.com.au. I cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the order has been placed or sent to production.
Delivery issues
If your order appears delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, please contact me at karina@karinasharpe.com.au with your order number and any relevant details.
I will assess the issue and, where appropriate, work with the shipping provider or fulfilment partner to investigate.
For damaged items, please contact me as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, and include clear photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. This helps me assess the issue and lodge a claim with the print or shipping provider where applicable.
International shipping
International orders may be produced and shipped from different fulfilment locations depending on the product, delivery address, and fulfilment network.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply depending on your destination country and where the order is produced and shipped from.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless they are clearly collected at checkout. I cannot refund third-party customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, brokerage fees, or other charges that are not collected by me, except where required by law.
If an international order is refused, returned, delayed, abandoned, or destroyed because customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other import charges were not paid, I may not be able to provide a refund or replacement.
Customs and import delays
Customs processing may delay international deliveries. These delays are outside my control.
You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported into your country before placing an order.
Split shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced or shipped separately. This may happen if items are fulfilled from different locations, require different production times, or are packed separately for safe delivery.
If your order ships in multiple parcels, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Returns and damaged items
Returns, refunds, damaged items, incorrect items, and order issues are handled in accordance with my Return and Refund Policy.
Please do not send any item back without contacting me first. A return address will only be provided if a return is approved.
