Australia-wide delivery
I currently ship within Australia only.
Standard delivery is free Australia-wide.
Fine Art Prints are made to order in Sydney by my specialist print and framing partner. Framed works are professionally finished and supplied ready to hang.
Some Special Edition works may be produced or dispatched separately. Where this affects production or delivery timing, it will be noted on the relevant product page.
Production and delivery times
As a guide, please allow approximately:
- Metro NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT & SA: 1–2 weeks
- Regional NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT & SA: 2–3 weeks
- WA, NT & TAS: 3–4 weeks
These estimates include production and delivery and are not guaranteed. Public holidays, busy production periods, carrier delays and other circumstances outside my reasonable control may extend these timeframes.
If you need an artwork by a particular date, please contact me at karina@karinasharpe.com.au before ordering and I’ll let you know what is realistically possible.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact me as soon as possible. Because many works enter production shortly after ordering, I cannot guarantee that delivery details can be changed once production or dispatch has begun.
Damaged deliveries
Artwork is packed carefully for delivery. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible and include your order number and photographs of the artwork and packaging.
I’ll work with you to arrange the appropriate remedy.
