Muse
From the studio ~
Doughnuts felt wonderfully decadent to me as a child — the kind of treat that could turn an ordinary outing into an occasion. A ripe fig carries its own brief abundance: soft, vivid and best enjoyed before the moment passes. In Muse, the two belong to a world where indulgence is worn, held aloft and enjoyed simply because it delights.
I cut a glazed doughnut into a bracelet for the hand, but it took three attempts before one opened far enough to wear without splitting. Against the pink fur, blue nails and drifting bubbles, the fig is raised like a champion’s prize — a small circus of colour, texture and unapologetic pleasure.

Print Details
This piece features my original photography printed on premium archival-grade canvas using museum-quality giclée printing technology.
The canvas I use is a 340 gsm poly cotton blend with a matte/satin finish. It is scratch, crack, & warp resistant.
The printing process I utilize uses water-based HP Latex inks and UV protection to product vibrant, long-lasting colors.
Framing Details
Your print will arrive framed and ready to hang.
The frames I use are called 'floater-frames'. I've chosen them for 2 reasons: they provide a clean, modern aesthetic that adds depth and dimension to the piece; and the box-like structure provides the option to sit the piece upright on a surface rather than hanging it.
When you look at the work straight on, the frame thickness is 1cm regardless of canvas size. This means that the frame edge will feel more prominent on smaller canvas sizes. From the side, all frames are 4cm deep, this means the front surface of the piece will sit 4cm out from your wall.
My frames are crafted from high quality solid oak or solid hardwood, from renewable sources, and comes pre-installed hanging hardware and rubber bumpers.
